Founder & CEO
Lajavius Brown
LJ was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama where after graduating high school, he attended college to obtain his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. After school, he worked in many different industries but found his passion to be in sales and marketing.

After gaining more experience in the industry, he started Timeless Management in Alabama with the sole purpose of helping others like himself get more experience in the industry and help them hit their career goals.

Korbyn McGowan
Korbyn was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where she grew up playing sports and involved in many extra curricular activities like DECA and Student Athletic Training. After high school she studied for 2 years in Iowa while she played softball! She then took some time to study abroad in Italy and then moved back home to Indianapolis to finish out her Bachelors degree at IUPUI.

After spending the past 3 years working as a Sales Director, Korbyn decided to make a career switch and joined our company as our Head of Onboarding and Hiring. Working with Timeless has been an amazing transition for her and she is thriving in the fast paced high energy environment.

Jamiolette Istre
Jam is one of our most recent hires! She originally joined our sales and marketing team, however we quickly realized how much value she would be able to add on our administration team. She moved to Oregon from Baton Rouge, LA where she worked retail sales for a tuxedo and suit tailoring company.
When asking Jam why she enjoys working here at Timeless Management, she mentioned the work environment is her favorite aspect of the job. “Everyone is so supportive of each other, always uplifting one another! In the office, humor never dies and the energy never runs low. I love the amazing opportunities given to us and the opportunities we’re able to give to the people we sell & market to. There’s never a dull day working at Timeless!”

Assistant Director
Kendon Knight
Kendon was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and he grew up playing sports with a special focus on basketball. While playing in college, he started to gain work experience within the retail industry. After a few years working with a retail chain known as Publix, he realized that there was a lack of opportunity for growth. Once he realized there would never be an opportunity to grow with the company, he decided to branch out and gain experience in sales & marketing.
He started working with Timeless Management while we were still located in Alabama and when our clients asked us to open a new market in Oregon, he decided to join the relocation team so he could continue growing with the company and helping the company grow!

Corporate Trainer
Rosa Ortega
Rosa Ortega was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, where she developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed. A graduate of McNary High School, Rosa has since built a successful career in the sales industry. She currently serves as a Corporate Trainer at Timeless Management, where she leverages her extensive sales experience to mentor and guide new talent.
In her role, Rosa is dedicated to empowering others by sharing the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the fast-paced world of sales. Known for her exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational abilities, she thrives on building strong relationships and creating a positive, growth-oriented culture.
Outside of work, Rosa is passionate about personal development and continuous learning, always seeking new ways to improve both professionally and personally. Her commitment to excellence has made her a valued leader within her organization, inspiring those around her to reach their full potential.
Christina Prince is a driven leader with four degrees in Marketing and Business, Liberal Arts & Music, Education, and Building Science from four top institutions. Her passion for leadership was evident early on, serving as President of her high school, college, and sorority, setting the standard for excellence and inspiring those around her.

Matthew Herring
Matthew is proud to be part of the team here at Timeless. He was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon, and before joining this company, he worked in construction doing hard, hands-on labor. Since becoming a part of Timeless, he has experienced a huge transformation—not just in his career, but in who he is as a person. The growth is a direct result of the company’s structure, values, and leadership.
Since joining Timeless, he has developed in ways I didn’t think were possible in such a short period of time. What stands out to me the most is the integrity that runs through the entire company, starting with the CEO, who leads by example and sets the standard.
He appreciates how direct and hands-on the management program is, and how much responsibility he has been trusted with early on. The company culture is something special—driven, supportive, and built around people who are hungry to succeed. Being part of a team that genuinely wants to see each other win has been one of the most motivating parts of his journey so far.

Christina Prince
Christina Prince is a driven leader with four degrees in Marketing and Business, Liberal Arts & Music, Education, and Building Science from four top institutions. Her passion for leadership was evident early on, serving as President of her high school, college, and sorority, setting the standard for excellence and inspiring those around her.
Christina began her career with Timeless Management as a Client Representative, quickly rising to become a top performer nationwide in the Costco Campaign. Building on that momentum, she transitioned to the Residential Campaign in February 2025, where her leadership and strategic vision led her to build one of the largest teams in the organization. Within just three months, she earned a promotion to Assistant Director of Marketing, overseeing a team of more than 15 emerging leaders and driving them toward growth and advancement.
Her success is powered by a unique blend of skills in communication, leadership, and expert sales, supported by her previous roles as a Director, Event Coordinator, and Teacher. Now, as she masters the operational side of the business, Christina is preparing to launch and manage her own territory with Timeless Management, continuing her mission to inspire growth and success at every level.

Jalen Towles
Like a majority of our team members, Jalen came from a background in retail sales and was looking for new opportunities that would offer more room for growth and career development.
He was born and raised in Macon, Georgia but was living in Montgomery, Alabama after college where he eventually started working for Timeless Management. He joined the relocation team not only for more career growth opportunities but also for the fact that he loves the office culture and that he has a hand in other development as a leader.

Julian Cox
Julian is a young motivated individual, graduated from West Albany High School. As a passionate artist, Julian has the motivation to share the knowledge of creation with those who are willing to learn.
Julian is currently serving as a Corporate Trainer within Timeless Management, sharing his sales and marketing skills with those who are wanting to succeed in the business. With his artistic passion, Julian is able to bring creativity to problem solving and motivate others to be more open-minded when approaching obstacles.
Julian is proud to make the workplace a thriving entrepreneurship environment that encourages diversity. With affective communication skills, positive motivation and an eagerness to be successful, Julian is committed to guiding himself and others through personal and professional growth.

Christian Salazar was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, and is a proud graduate of West Salem High School. With a strong passion for communication and personal development, Christian has built a career focused on empowering others to succeed.
He currently serves as a Corporate Trainer at Timeless Management, where he plays a key role in developing sales professionals and guiding them toward achieving their goals. Known for his ability to connect with people and communicate effectively, Christian focuses on building confidence, teaching proven sales strategies, and fostering a results-driven mindset.
Christian believes in leading by example, creating a supportive learning environment, and continuously striving for growth — both in himself and those around him. His commitment to excellence and passion for helping others make him a valuable asset in the world of sales and leadership development.
